Alan has strategized with major corporations in the Milwaukee-Chicago corridor and has served as a temporary CMO for many smaller, owner-operated companies in that area.

Prior to his advertising career, Alan wrote numerous articles for national outdoor publications, plus two books, Backcountry Ski Camping and 50 Short Climbs in the Midwest, and self-published How to Create Your Own Marketing Plan. He currently blogs about relevant marketing and sales issues.

When not serving clients, Alan enjoys the mountains of Colorado, from black diamond ski runs to fly fishing in mountain streams.

Maureen collaborates with clients, first digging deep to understand their business before creating and then implementing a plan to improve their marketing and sales efforts. All with the goal of growing their business so they can better serve their customers.

Maureen’s first career in education equips her to also support clients by providing marketing and sales training (both virtually and in real-time) through a business she founded, Performance Improvement Institute.

When she’s not discovering new ways to support marketing and sales efforts, Maureen makes time to ski, hike, bike, canoe, garden or just wander around in Nature’s beauty.


Eileen develops strategic business plans for her clients and is responsible for media buying and for supporting their online marketing efforts. A seasoned marketing professional, she brings more than 30 years of business acumen to her responsibilities.

Adept at marketing research and analysis, Eileen designs effective creative solutions for clients. She often discovers meaningful insights and connections others overlook.

When not attending to clients, Eileen enjoys herbs and plants, cooking and symphonies, and is a voracious reader.
